The entrepreneurial training and further education of entrepreneurs and managers in Ukraine is one of our core issues!

From the beginning of February to mid-April 2025, the Horst Rogusch Foundation, in cooperation with the Lviv Employment Office (Ukraine), conducted various online seminars and training courses for the education and further training of company founders and managers of established companies. Over a total of nine sessions, we worked with the Ukrainian participants to explore and discuss various topics such as strategies for employee motivation, different leadership styles, conflict resolution strategies, financial planning tools and approaches to market and competition analysis. The very positive feedback from the participants has encouraged us to offer further online formats in this area in the future!
