We help others to help!

Last week on 1 October 2024, the “Concert for Humanity” took place at the “Tonhalle” in Düsseldorf. Under the patronage the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the German Red Cross (DRK) section Düsseldorf organised a major charity concert. The Kyiv Symphony Orchestra played masterpieces of classical music under the direction of Stephan Frucht and with the participation of world-famous stars such as Rolando Villazón and Daniel Hope. The repertoire that evening ranged from Mozart to Dvorak to Bach. The proceeds of the event will be used to support the Ukrainian Red Cross in its many humanitarian relief efforts in its own country.

We, as the Horst Rogusch Foundation, are very happy to support Ukraine (in addition to the many projects we support directly in the country) also indirectly as a sponsor of such extraordinary events!
